ActionIQ supports cross-channel activations and can integrate with virtually any downstream consumer. We’ve integrated it with various types of inbound sources and outbound consumers and love the platform’s flexibility.
ActionIQ’s core “data building blocks” - data collections, attributes, and audiences - now flexibly extend across the HybridCompute and InfiniteCompute infrastructure, providing flexibility and scalability to customer deployments.
Some exciting new features include:
HybridCompute – This is a new ActionIQ feature that supports the increased demand for Composable CDPs. This feature allows ActionIQ to use external data sources as ad-hoc data sources, meaning that organizations can build their own “data/view layer” located where the organizational data resides (a platform like Snowflake, for example) that can be used by the CDP.
Pipelines – This provides enhanced visibility into, and control over, the inbound data ingest pipelines. This creates visibility into the backend data as it is materialized for use within ActionIQ, as well as the ability to transform data prior to data persistence.
ActionIQ was designed with customer data at its core. It uses a data model to ensure data conformity, which has works well for B2C brands of all sizes, including some of the largest enterprises in the US. With the added capabilities of leveraging an external data layer with features like HybridCompute, additional dimensions of enablement and integration could be supported for B2B as well.
ActionIQ has a number of exciting features on the product roadmap. One of the most anticipated by our team is sub-minute trigger activations enabling near real-time integration across the customer journey. This will further enhance ActionIQ’s CDP as a means for brands to build great experiences for their customers.
