Merkle Italy is a consolidation of already existing services of dentsu (digital, data and analytics), powered by the strength of the Merkle network which boasts over 4,000 professionals in 17 countries across EMEA, with experts in analytics, data & martech, CRM, experience & commerce and strategy & transformation practice areas.
Daniele Frattini, previously Data Strategy Director of dentsu, has been appointed to lead the team as Managing Director.
Merkle Italy, which will begin with 60 professionals, aims to reach one hundred employees before the end of 2023. The team will operate with an innovative model of governance founded on a joint partnership with communication, CRM, and IT departments of the clients aided by the massive usage of technology and automation.
