Merkle Norway has won the bid for Norsk Tipping – we will ensure the best customer experience

Norsk Tipping is increasing their focus on marketing technology and digital operations. After an extensive bid process the final choice fell on dentsu Norge with CXM agency Merkle as a strategic partner within the areas of marketing technology, customer journeys and e-commerce.

Norsk Tipping is the Norwegian state's gambling company tasked with working actively to reduce the negative consequences of gambling. Ever since the launch of its digital solutions, Norsk Tipping has focused on creating wholesome and relevant customer experiences. As a result of further scaling up and focus in this area, Norsk Tipping sought our for a partner for advice and assistance within market technology.

Norsk Tipping announced they were looking for a digitally focused supplier with extensive knowledge in marketing technology and digital advertising. In total, there were 6 qualified suppliers who submitted offers, where Dentsu Norge, represented by Merkle, achieved the maximum score on the most important criterion "competence and experience". And with the highest total score on the criterias price, competence and experience and collaboration model, they were selected as the winner. Among other things, the Merkle has previous experience with market technology for Danske Spil and similar state lotteries in Northern Europe.
